Today, I will share with you the new building Southland in Hong Kong Island in 2022, located at 11 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, South District, Hong Kong Island. There are four people living in this unit, 856 square feet, with three bedrooms and one living room. Because Hong Kong, a “concrete forest” full of high-rise buildings, has a sense of oppression for the owner, the designer used a modern style to create the owner’s unit to create a comfortable home environment. The designer knows that many people prefer a unified style, but as a diversified Hong Kong, there can be many changes in style. The designer uses earth tones in the unit, mainly apricot and white as a mixture, to create a comfortable and pure atmosphere.
